Problem in concieving

Actually my mother is 44 years old. And i had a brother he passed way in an accident 8 months back. And i want my mother to concieve and she is trying from last 3-4 months and had consulted 2-3 doctors instead of taking medicines regulary. she is not able to concieve. Please suggest something. You advice ll help us out and i ll really be glad. Thankyou so much Eagerly waiting for your reply
