Problem during urinating

I am a 35 year old female. For more than 1 year am having the problem while urinating. Am not able to pass the urine completely am having a feeling like still I need to pass but urine is not coming but after few seconds it's coming out slowly but little bit. May i know is there any issue in this or it's a natural thing? Why it's happening? Any remedy for this
