Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Many people face this type of issues when wearing a helmet and looking through yhe visor.
You need to get adapted to it.
You can remove the visor and wear a sunglasses if you like. That would be better.
Also get your eyes checked out by a ophthalmologist in person for further evaluation and management.
