Primary amenorrhea with uterus & ovaries

Hello Doctors , Mycase is have a small uterus and normal ovaries as mentioned by doctor .I have period pains some times like once in two months . some time blood spots and white discharge I am married and  want to conceive .Can you please suggest me what all the tests need to be carried out or how to proceed .which specialist to contact
