My son is 1.5 year old and he is having prickly heat on forehead and under neck. Will it go naturally or should I use any lotion.

Keep the skin clean and moist. Use any moisturizer. Without photo it is hard to tell exactly, please attach a photo of possible. Do Consult a nearby paediatrician if it is increasing and spreading to rule out fungal or sun allergy.
