Good evening sir / madam, when I lay down on bed i can hear my heartbeat also sometimes my head pressure increasing feeling in head I get. What is the cause am so much worried also i have dizziness when i wake up suddenly from bed and i feel am having imbalance when i wake up. Whenever this pressure increasing feeling i get i can sense in my head and eyes too also ear  fullness please reply me

probably you may be having a positional vertigo needs medications for that after proper evaluation.

Do u get palpitations?......u r also having vertigo..need more history. Please consult Neurologist
