Pressure during urination

My son aged 7.5 months , weight 7.8 kg has suffered  from Urinary tract infection, after recovery from UTI. He puts pressure during urination but not cries. USG done as per doctor advice. Urine routine & culture done. Urine culture report yet to receive, too much worried. What may be the cause for that ,need your advice & suggestions , please help

He will need an imaging test called VCUG or MCU after confirming urine has no infection. He will need antibiotic treatment for infection before this test.
