I've been feeling light headed , heart palpations and feeling generally unwell every time I eat sweet things it makes it worse I am also 13 weeks pregnant finding it difficult to drive had to call an ambulance on the motorway went to hospital but they didn't check my blood suger levels

These are routine symptoms of pregnancy. Blood sugar levels are checked during 16-20 weeks.
