I mastrubate 4 times a week, my erection is good, but during mastrubation and intercourse, ejaculation occurs very fast within a  minute, i dont have stress, anxiety, any other medical history. I tried some exercises to hold premature ejaculation, now I like to take some medicine before intercourse for long lasting intercourse
