Premature Ejaculation
I have been facing a problem of premature ejaculation (Shigrapatan) since couple of years. And recently it is very fast. I mean within 1 minute I am done. I am 33 years old and planing for second baby but due to this premature I am not able to complete our sex. So can you please suggest the remedies for this problem which will help me to long sexual time and eventually help in baby.

Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy. Chilli.nd fried food

You will have to first be investigated thoroughly for any possible organic cause of Premature ejaculation. Once all causes of Premature ejaculation are ruled out, you can be started on a class of medication called SSRI, by a Psychiatrist. That will help you through your problem. Good luck.
