I am 23, I think I am suffering from premature ejaculation. I am having sexual intercourse once in a month. I am not able to control ejaculation. Whenever I start it takes not more than 15-20 seconds. Even I have tried to go slow still results are same. It extends upto 1 minute whenever I use condom. Suggest what can I do for this. Is it a serious matter?
