Hello, i am recently married and suffering from premature ejaculation. Cannot last even 10 seconds. Skin at head of penis is very sensitive. If used delay spray ( climax spray ) time of intercourse extended to 5 mins. But after few uses skin has become black and causing problem that erection is not strong Please help me with a permanent solution.
