Get an ejaculation with the slightest or no stimulation. Even when taking head massage as well with no such erotic thoughts and stimulation get relaxed and followed by ejaculation. This has been happening for almost 8 - 9 years. Married person. There has been proven stress and also was detected with deficits of vitamin d couple of years back. Request reasons and help for this.
