Hello...... If she has undergone larparoscopic tubal ligation with ring or clip, it can be reversed by removal of clips.  If it's permanent sterilisation tubectomy then it cannot be reversed,  even if you reverse there is high chance of Ectopic pregnancy.. Consult gynaecologist in nearest hospital.....
