Haven't had my period since 21 Oct. Took a UPT, HCG blood test & ultrasound on 1 Dec - all negative, but Ultrasound showed that I had PCOD. However, I had light spotting on 23 & 24 Nov like implantation bleed. I have had lower back aches and abdominal cramping right from 15th Nov. Lately I have been gaining weight on lower abdomen. Having itchy sore breasts and shriveled up aereolae. Still no period (2 mos) Am I pregnant or could it just be the PCOD?
