One can get pregnant if the pre-ejaculate that is expelled during pre-act and contains a few sperms can somehow get inside the vagina. You must visit a gynaecologist or get a urine pregnancy test done immediately using a pregnancy kit to find out about pregnancy. By the way frequency of urination and tiredness are symptoms of pregnancy. Along with that heaviness of the breasts , morning sickness and of course amenorrhoea( missed periods ) together point to pregnancy. The doctor can only help you with future steps after the check-up.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. There has to be intercourse and atlas ejaculation of the semen inside the vagina so that the sperms can travel up and make pregnant. since you say it was just rubbing, that pretty much says that she isn't pregnant and her chances of being pregnant are slim.
