I m sle(systemic lupus erythematosus)diagnosed on2009.right now i m 6 weeks pregnant.as i mentioned i am on medicine such wyesolone 5mg,azoran 100mg,sandacal,and omeg once daily. Local gyno gave ecospreen 75 mg with macfolate. And rheumatologist asked heparin 5000 or clexane 20 daily. I want to know is heparin 5000 or clexane should start? If u kindly suggest me what to do during pregnancy i will b grateful to u.

Hi, start with Ecosprin and Folic acid. Heparin once fetal heart is seen. But you need to be with high risk obstetrician and Rheumatologist. And be registered with tertiary care centre. In Kolkata there are many good Hospitals. Dr. Sujoy Dasgupta is also good option.
