Ultasound report.. pls suggest as per below report detsils. Embronic pole is not seen at resent. GS 11.00 MM corespont to 5.6 weeks.. Yolk sac is seen. A single intrauterine gestation sac is seen. Thick decidual reaction is seen. Internal os is closed.

Thats absolutely normal. If you don't have bleeding or pain just wait for a week or 10 days and get rescanned again, preferably a vaginal scan which has better resolution. If you don't see fetal pole or heart beat then also it could be abnormal.
