The C line is the control line, and for the test to be valid, the C line should always be there, when the test is done, irrespective of whether it is a positive test or negative. The T is the actual test line, & if it is there, it means that the test is positive for pregnancy. However, you should repeat the pregnancy test, as the C line has not appeared in your previous one.
