Pregnancy safe face wash or not

Hi i have been using derclean hydeo-gel cleanser before pregnancy. Now in the 19th week since i see acne problem i started using the face wash again. I want to know is this is pregnancy safe and doesnt harm my baby in anyway.

Most anti acne medication are to be avoided in pregnancy. Regular daily use face wash may be allowed since the contact period for absorption of any medicine into skin to cause any effects is less.
