Yesterday is my fist ultra sound it’s 4.5 weeks gs is regular small 2mm hcg level are 542mlu/ml is this good thing are any prob

The beta hcg is too low ....repeat beta hcg in 48 hrs ...it should double
Next Steps
Take hcg injections ( follow up with a gynaec) . do a serum progesterone report
