Basically sperm alive upto 15 to 30 min outside environment. As you say if this hppen within 30min then might be chances. Bt here her ovulation period also matter. If her ovulation period is pass then no need to worry. Further if you also have fear then in Homoeopathy few medicine are available after taking no pregnancy issue are found.
