She is pregnant and its first period miss. What should we prefer? Oral surgery or cleaning. Which is more problamatic in respect of pain and future health?

Oral surgery ????? I think you mean to say oral pills or uterus cleaning. Very firstly you get the pregnancy confirmed. If you want to abort you can go for oral medication for abortion which will not be possible if its late. Only in first month its possible.
Next Steps
curettage of uterus I won't prefer .
