I am 11 w/ks pregnant and had undergone NT scan, but my baby has no nasal bone. I am not sure, what to do..? is it ok.. if it forms later.. in next few weeks.. or should I abort the baby, as he/she may have the chances of Down Syndrome.

get a dual marker ....if the risk is high you can get an amniocentesis  later on to confirm whether there is any chromosomal abnormality in the baby before taking the decision of termination..
