My last cycle date 27 Jan,2017.but in ultrasound delivery date Nov. 30. I'm invtension. My period are irregular some time delay 10 to 14 days.

Your due date according to earliest ultrasound is more accurate. 30th Nov may be due date shown in later ultrasound(later you do, variation is more+or--14 days ). Let your doctor decide your due date. Better to play safe and deliver earlier than later, which can be dangerous.
