I am 18 weeks pregnant I have not passed stool from last 10 days I am stressed now and vomiting is coming 2-3 times a day. I have consulted to gyne they gave me luctolose solution but no improvement till now

If 10 days of constipation is there then it needs to be treated with enema At least
