In which week does the transabdominal ultrasound shows heartbeat? Does TVS harms baby or lead to miscarriage?

No form.of sonography harms the baby. Fetal heartbeats start around 6-7 weeks.

TVS is not harmful 6 to 7 weeks TAS shows fetal heart..better do at 7 weeks to aviod any unnecessary stress. All the best

No...tvs don't harm. In transabdominal 6-7weeks..it will show heartbeat. Depends on adequate fullness in bladder
