Husband semen count is 72 million/ ml he is 32 yr age. We are trying from 2 to 3 months. My periods are normal. Wanted to know is the sperm count good to go for natural pregnancy or we need to worry about it. I am taking homeopathic medicine shall I continue while planning or stop for weight gain current weight is 46kg
