Hi, want to go for a 3rd baby... hv 2 daughters, aged 10 & 6 respectively... both by c- section... My concern is , is it safe to conceive at 39yrs of age? Wat r d probabilities & risks dat i may hv to face?

It is safe, if u don't have any severe medical problem. But you have to be extra careful during pregnancy because of advanced age. Start folic acid if you are planning for pregnancy.
