Good morning Dr, How are you doing? Nimmi here. I would like to know that can I take rainbow light prenatal one to get all the vitamin and mineral during my pregnancy along with folsafe L. As my sister recommended this based on her 2 pregnancy. As this seems to have everythings in one tablet. So do you recommend to take rainbow light tablet with folsafe or stop folsafe or continue with folsafe for now and move to rainbow light after a month? Thanks
