My periods are not irregular, and definitely not scanty bleeding. Normally they're 23 days apart...it's Thursday and no signs of period. I donated plasma a month ago and the nurse checked my lymph nodes and thyroid as well. When should I test again?

28+-7 days are normal range of menstruation. If u delayed beyond that regularly then u have to consult gynaecologist or a good homoeopathic doctor and go for USG of whole abdomen, blood for TSH,Prolacton,RE,FBS etc. Take protein diet regularly,8 hours sleep,Tackle ur stress, yoga or any other physical activity regularly.
