Hi my last peeiods date is 12. Yesterday in my ultrasound report it is written that no fluid in POD and the ET size is 5 mm. Am i got pregnant in this month or not.

If your last period date is 12 th April, then it's 12 th day of period and it's not the time to detect pregnancy. No free fluid means ovulation has not yet occurred. Pregnancy occurs after within 24 hrs of ovulation if fertilization is there.
