I am suffering from gerd I have globus sensation and sore throat. I am planning for second baby. I am not taking tables for gerd as I want to plan for baby. Is it ok for people with gerd to plan for baby.

Yes it is completely okay as long as GERD is not severe! Also you can take PPI's except Omeprazole and other medications for GERD in pregnancy also if required!
Next Steps
Just make some lifestyles changes like sleeping positions,not lying down immediately after eating, avoiding spicy and oily food etc!
