On day 14th right overy folicels size 4 to 6 mm and left overy 4 to 6mm and endometrial thickness 8 mm approx..pls suggest what to do?

On day 14 the size of the follicles should be bigger than what you have mentioned in your question. It should be between 15 to 20 mm. Your endometrial thickness is normal for day 14. Probably you are having anovulatory cycles. Please do a through check up.

Please do a baseline TVS scan to exclude PCOD (polycystic ovarian disease), a thyroid profile and serum prolactin level.
