Pregnancy in Months from NT scan

Hi what is the difference between gestational age weeks and feral age weeks. My doctor considering only feral age weeks. As I don't remember by LMP . So I know only feral age from ultrascan. So can I my gesstational age by calculate using the fetal weeks taken from NT scan report. Because I want to know my exact months.thank you
