My wife is suffering from external hemorrhoids. She is 7 months prgnent. Is it serious? Will it affect normal delivery? Please help. I am so worried.

Please see a surgeon along with gynaec also. At normal delivery it should not cause trouble. But bleeding is concerned as of now. In pregnancy hemoglobin is already on lower side. So double Iron intake and if bleeding take tranexamic acid tablets sos. And use local ointments for piles. After delivery get definite treatment done.
