My wife is on her 6th month of pregnancy,what all foods needs to be taken to improve baby weight!?!?

Pulses , cereals ,ragi ,sprouts, green leafy vegetables,fruits Egg , chicken,fish Milk ,ghee,butter Dry fruits

continue iron , calcium supplements add protinex protien powder 2tsp in a glass of milk and drink daily

eat regular home cooked food with above mentioned ingredients avoid oily and spicy food avoid junk , processed food and sugars

Take iron calcium and protein supplements Rest take balanced diet with adequate calories, protien rich food like milk, fish , chicken; iron rich fruits and vegetables and some amount of fats also
