You may have a urine infection, going by the symptoms you have described. Please see a doctor for assessment and urine examination. As you have had unprotected intercourse close to the time of ovulation, please get a urine pregnancy test done if your next period is delayed for over a week or if your next period is lighter or shorter than usual. Unfortunately, it is too late for emergency contraception.
