If I masterbated in the room and ejaculates on tissue paper and while ejaculation very small amount of sperm soaked through tissue paper and comes on my hand and then I uses the same hand to touch the handle of door for opening it and after 5 min my sister comes in the room and she touches the same handle same area of the door . So my question is can she become pregnant by touching that area and after 20 min she go to the toilet ??
