I am 36 week pregnant and after scaning my doctor has given me delivery date off 5th sep it's by Ceaserean but i heard that the baby who born in this week will b survive but there growth development will be slow throughout there childhood I am so much worried plz tell me is it will be fine to deliver or iis it too early

Hi Practo user, If situation permits , go for elective c section by 38weeks. Otherwise Elective C section around 37-38 weeks is becoming  common now a days. Babies don't face development issues unless they are born with any congenital anomalies.  They gain weight, strength and other cognitive abilities as  soon as  possible. Take care.
