I haven't started my period and im getting kind of worried I did get fingered like two weeks im pretty sure there was no sperm at all during that why and I soposed to have gotten my period yesterday but I didn't and lately ive been having cramps and all that but still dont get it. I was wondering also if my period can be affected by the way I ate?

Hello....... If you are worried about it you can do urine pregnancy test.. Pregnancy  is one the main reason for missed  period  in normally menstruating woman.  Do urine  pregnancy test  if she missed her periods  , if the test result comes positive you have to consult gynaecologist for further  management..  Otherwise no need to worry..
