Mam I am slight fever in ngt time headache nausea bodypains till mrg 10 is it pregnancy symptoms .i don all fever and jaundice test there is normal.i did not mis my period this month.my period time was 30 if any chance to get pregnant it was pregnant symptom or not

It can be acidity problem get checked with Doc.If not missed periods then dont worry.If missed perioods get ppregnancy check done by urine test
