47 days pregancy confrom pannen scan la confrom than my last menstrual date 10.9.2017 ana scan la 4 weeks kana baby than irukunu sonnanga so doctors advice tablet after three weeks one scan fetal growth after bleeding for 3 days so I am doubt for pregancy confrom yes or no

Yes. There is pregnancy. It's very early. You need to repeat sonography again to check for pregnancy.
