Hello sir/mam i am having precum and pre mature ejaculation issues.there is no issue with erection unless i am having anxiety. earlier i took fluoxetine (prescribed ) but from third day itself, duration increased exponentially high,and didn't have orgam even in 30 mins and it became uncomfortable to continue,and lost interest too. my problem is i have premature ejaculation issue but SSRI/SNRI increases duration exponentially within a week. so is their any ideal solution?
