There's no absolute need to test for anything before planning for pregnancy.
However, it is good to know if you are concerned about it.
There are all relative test so better have a conversation with an obstetrician.
Good to know you have no significant medical history.
i just give some examples
Tests for blood groups..
Tests for uterus examination, fallopian tube patency, cervix patency..
Hormonal studies,
Look for hemogram..
Some more things
And obviously covid nowadays
Just consult an obstetrician... And get evaluated
