Premarital health check up is good but it can also sow doubts in your mind about your wellness. Recently I had a case where a young guy had become paranoid as his premarital semen test showed low sperm count. IF your partner and you both decide for it then do it ONLY after counselling. So get counseled about it first

Hello..... If you had sexual intercourse before then you get checked for STD sexually transmitted diseases.. Otherwise general health checkup with blood examination and x ray is sufficient.. You haven't said anything specifically... Consult general physician for examination...
