Here is the prescription of my glass power. I want to know what should be the power of contact lenses if i want to use. 2 days before I have done eye checkup and doctor told me that my eye is in good condition,no eye problems at all. Plz let me know the power of contact lenses.

Usually the power of contact lenses is lesser than the glasses. So please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Hello Till 4D myopia, power of contact lens is same as power of glasses So you may use contact lens of same power as your glasses
