Hello. I suppose your diet pattern is not apt. Have a regular eating habit. Have breakfast by 8:30 am, lunch by 1:30 and dinner by 8:30 pm. Drink warm water boiled with ajwain and jeera along with the food. Drink butter milk at the end of meal. Have a regular sleep pattern and do exercise regularly.
