Hi my father is undergoing Pott spine treatment from last 5 months but condition is detrioting day by day, should I go for biopsy now??? Please suggest.

If he is not responding to treatment as is obvious by your statement , then biopsy is indicated especially if diagnosis was not definite initially.you can repeat mri first to assess for radiological changes.
