Postpartum tummy

Hi there I'm 25 yrs old, recently I had cesarean about 4 months back, my tummy still did not get its own position, it's increasing day by day , while I'm not having cold stuffs, which excercise should I do? And should I use stairs daily??? And is it safe to use cold meal and drinks??? Should I stop having oil and milk??? Cause I feed my baby daily.

Hello... please don't be panic. follow some basic rules after pregnancy. don't eat junk, spicy, bakery, fermented & non veg. eat chapati bhaji & dal rice. apply abdominal belt tummy daily.

Hi there...avoid junk foods,carbohydrates like rice etc,avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea,green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day...Consult your doctor and dietitian for further information and advice
